Hi, my sister

This week on the Self-Love Journaling With God Podcast, we’re talking about something small that reaches deep: the words you say about yourself.

Our newest episode is called You’re Becoming What You Keep Saying | Proverbs 18:21.

Sometimes we do not realize how often we speak to ourselves from frustration, pressure, disappointment, or pain. What feels like venting can slowly become the lens through which we see ourselves.

Your words are not just passing through. They are planting something.

And if you have been feeling worn down or tired of your inner voice, I want to gently remind you: God is not asking you to pretend everything is okay. He is inviting you to stop agreeing with words that are working against your healing.

Awareness is not failure, friend.
Awareness is a starting place.

Prompt for the week

What is one phrase I have been repeating about myself lately, and what truth does God want to replace it with?

Affirmation for the week

I will not keep speaking against the woman God is healing, growing, and strengthening.

You are not stuck. You are not too far gone. And you are not disqualified because your inner voice has been harsh.

Take a listen to this week’s episode when you have a quiet moment, and let it remind you that healing includes the words you speak over yourself, too.

I’m so grateful you’re here and walking this journey with me.

P.S. If this episode stirred something deeper in you, my 7-day eCourse, Why I Keep Shrinking to Be Loved, may be a good next step. It is for the woman who finds herself overexplaining, people-pleasing, staying small, or losing herself just to feel loved and accepted. Inside, you will begin to understand the deeper roots of that pattern, grow in self-awareness, and walk away with gentle, faith-based insight and practical steps to help you show up with more clarity, confidence, and peace.
